West Coast Park Singapore

Although it isn’t as famous, enormous or also popular as East Coast Park, West Coast Park Singapore – constructed on 50 hectares of recovered land in 1979. The western region of the park is now an adventure play area for kids and also cycling track.

The play area has eight play regions for children of all ages (and even adults will enjoy the obstacle courses). And you can book BBQ pits and outdoors spots if you want to spend a night out under the stars. To get an outdoors license you need a private location in Singapore so check before you show-up that you qualify.

For the interested ornithologists among you, West Coast Park Singapore is a sanctuary of avian enjoyments. It includes the white-breasted waterhen and the green-backed heron. And for cyclists, you’ll find delicately waving, wandering ways that ascent and fall with the island’s territory for you to explore the recreation center in your free time.

Bring lunch and a Frisbee or a kite and head out to the Grand Lawn with the other kite-flying fans for an enjoyment, loosened up day out.
