TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR  PACKAGES

To Return To India – If not Vaccinated required RTPCR on Return -Cost SGD 150

Please note that Hotel reserves the right to deny confirmation in case of an Overbooking / Stop sales situation


 

BY RESERVING THE PACKAGE, THE AGENT AGREED TO HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND MADE THE GUEST AWARE OF ALL INFORMATION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For bookings, $30 SGD per person must be paid in advance, which is Non-Refundable in nature.

 


 

The rates given are only contracting rates. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. No Hotel Booked. Rates and Rooms are Subject To Availability 


    1. Meal coupons do not include the cost of beverages & Hard Liquor
    2. Tours on SIC if booked with a hotel not falling under the SIC area, will be cancelled
      The starting time or pick-up time mentioned in the voucher is estimated only.
    3. The actual pick-up will be reconfirmed before the service date
    4. Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty
      Manager
    5. All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of passengers
      during peak hours and another unforeseen circumstance.
    6. The duty manager would remain subject to the availability and conditions of the tour.
    7. Transfer not falling within the SIC schedule will be subject to supplement charges. Please recheck the
      exact flight details before confirming the service
    8. Maximum Waiting Time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver has reported at the hotel for Pick-up.
    9. The driver will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if the guest is not found will call the hotel room. Guests who miss the SIC service will have to make their own arrangements for transfers/tours. No
      Refund or Reschedule is applicable
    10. 30-45 minutes for pick up depending upon traffic conditions, location of hotel and route etc for SIC transfer.
    11. Any guests not found at the meeting point, at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO
      SHOW and no refund or reinstating of their tour on another day or time would be considered.
    12. At some attractions, the child’s cost would be considered based on height and not on age.
    13. ITINERARY is only Valid once Full Payment is received.
    14. Transfer Pickup Time Falls from 2200hrs – 0700hrs, SGD$ 20 Per Transfer will be added in Final Invoice
    15. Once you hold any booking, it would be considered a confirmed booking.
    16. Bank Charges @ SGD 20 Per Booking for TT/Remittance charges
    17. Quotes may change without prior notice, as per Hotel policy, in case the booking has not been reconfirmed by us in writing.
    18. Transfers & Tours would be according to the itinerary provided by Travel DMC and not the service vouchers issued at your end.
    19. Guest Needs to Be in Touch with Driver/Guide At The time of Sightseeing
    20. In Case Singapore Flyer Is Not Working on Your Tour Dates only the Ticket Cost Will Be Refunded to Booking Agent

 

 

Hotels: 

  1. Standard Check-in Time at 15:00 & Standard Check-out is at 11:00 Hrs.
  2. Early Check-In & Late Check-out are subject to Availability & Hotel Discretion, until and unless Pre-Booked or paid in advance.
  3. A mandatory refundable security deposit may be required at the hotel during Check-In. The amount may vary depending on the Hotel. Cash & Credit Card both are accepted. The amount is refunded at the time of check out when all incidental charges are cleared.
  4. Room bedding depends on Hotel availability unless you have booked any specific category or bedding request Single/Twin/Double/Triple/Family Room

Cancellation Policy :

  1. Hotel Booking: Cancellation in-between 14 days before the travel date is Fully Non Refundable.
  2. Land Part [Tickets and Transfers]: Cancellation in-between 07 days before the travel date is Fully Non Refundable.
  3. Refunds will Be processed only in the case of Natural Disaster & Death of Traveller or Traveller’s Blood Relative [It also depends on Travel DMC Group and Hotel only ]
  4. All bookings made by travel agents with Travel DMC Group need to accept the Terms & Conditions. Service Provider-Travel DMC Group has the Right to Cancel the booking.
  5. The service provider has the Right to Change the Itinerary of ongoing services.
  6. If the booking is cancelled then $30 SGD per person will be charged as Cancellation Charges.
