Travel DMC Group operates a B2B travel portal for the trade, DMC Quote, where travel agents, tour operators and consolidators book hotels, airport transfers, attraction tickets and tours at net rates. The portal covers 1.5 million+ hotels across 190+ countries plus 10,000+ tours and activities, with real-time availability and instant confirmation. Registration is free for agents and accounts are normally verified within 24 hours. Behind the portal sits our own ground operation as a destination management company across Asia and the Middle East. For our core markets you are booking the DMC directly, not a reseller.
This page explains how the B2B side of Travel DMC Group works: what a B2B travel portal is, what net rates actually mean, who can register, and which markets we handle on the ground ourselves. If you already know what you need, ask us for a tariff and we will send current rates.

What is a B2B travel portal?
A B2B travel portal is an online booking platform restricted to travel trade companies rather than the public. Registered agents log in and see net rates, wholesale prices excluding retail margin, for hotels, transfers, tours and tickets, then add their own markup when selling to the traveller. Unlike a consumer OTA, a B2B portal verifies each account against a real trading business, shows trade-only pricing, and issues a single consolidated invoice rather than taking card payment from the end traveller.
The practical benefit is inventory access without contracts. Rather than negotiating individually with hotels, transfer operators and ticket suppliers in every destination, an agent books all of it from one login, against one credit line, with one point of support when something goes wrong at 2am in another time zone.
What travel agents can book
| Product | Scope | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Hotels | 1.5M+ properties, 190+ countries | Real-time availability and instant confirmation |
| Airport transfers | SIC (seat-in-coach) and private | See our guide to SIC vs private transfers |
| Attraction tickets | Theme parks, observation decks, museums | E-tickets where the supplier supports them |
| Tours & activities | 10,000+ products | Half-day, full-day, SIC and private departures |
| Land packages | Custom multi-day itineraries | Built by our destination teams on request |
| MICE & groups | Corporate, incentive and group movements | Quoted by the destination team, not off the shelf |

Net rates: how B2B pricing differs from retail
A net rate is the price the trade pays before any agent margin is added. It is not a discount on a public price. It is a different price list, and it is confidential. Three practical consequences:
- You set the selling price. Your margin is whatever you add on top of net, so it is yours to control rather than a fixed commission percentage.
- Rates are not publishable. Trade rates normally may not be displayed publicly or undercut a supplier’s own public pricing. That is a standard rate-parity condition.
- Terms differ from retail. Cancellation deadlines, amendment rules and payment terms are set by the contract, not by consumer booking-site policy.
For agents, DMC Quote is free to use. There is no subscription or per-booking platform fee. Suppliers wanting to list inventory pay a one-time USD 50 setup fee and then commission only.
Who can register
The portal is open to registered travel businesses: retail travel agencies, tour operators, tour consolidators, corporate travel managers, OTAs and other DMCs buying outside their own territory. Accounts are verified against company details and travel-agency licence information, so you will need your trading documents to hand. It is not open to the general public. Individual travellers should contact us and we will point you to an agent.
How to register, step by step
- Go to dmcquote.com and choose Register as Travel Agent.
- Enter your company details, travel-agency licence information and contact person.
- Wait for verification, normally within about 24 hours on a working day.
- Receive your login and access net rates across the full inventory.
- For our own DMC markets, ask your destination contact for a contracted tariff. Portal rates and contracted series rates are not always the same thing.
Markets we operate as a DMC
The portal reaches worldwide inventory, but in these markets Travel DMC Group is the ground operator: our own contracting, our own transport and guides, our own operations desk. That is the difference between buying from a DMC and buying from an aggregator, and it is where we can move fastest when an itinerary changes mid-trip.

B2B support by market
These are the markets where we contract and operate ourselves. Rates, availability and problem-solving all sit with our own staff rather than a third party, which matters most on the day something goes wrong.
Singapore B2B travel agents
Our head office market. Changi arrival and departure transfers on both SIC and private basis, contracted city hotels across Orchard, Marina Bay, Clarke Quay and Chinatown, and cruise transfers to the Marina Bay Cruise Centre for agents packaging Southeast Asia sailings. Attraction ticketing covers the Sentosa cluster, Gardens by the Bay, the Singapore Flyer and the zoo group. City tours run daily on SIC, and MICE groups are quoted by the same team that operates them. Because Singapore is compact, we can usually rework a same-day itinerary without renegotiating supplier by supplier.
Malaysia B2B travel agents
Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Malacca and Johor Bahru. KLIA and KLIA2 transfers, Genting Highlands packages, island resort bookings on Langkawi, and the Singapore to Malaysia overland combinations that Indian operators sell heavily. Series allocations are available for operators running fixed weekly departures, with ad-hoc rates for FIT. Twin-centre itineraries pairing Singapore with Kuala Lumpur are the most requested build here and we quote them as one package rather than two.
Thailand B2B travel agents
Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Krabi and Chiang Mai. Transfers from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang, island hopping and speedboat transfers in the south, and the Bangkok plus beach combinations that make up most of the volume from India. Thailand is a high-turnover market with sharp seasonal rate movement, so ask for a current tariff rather than working from a rate sheet more than a few weeks old.
Dubai and UAE B2B travel agents
Hotels across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, DXB and AUH transfers, desert safaris with dinner, dhow cruises, Burj Khalifa and theme park ticketing, and full city tours. Our Middle East desk handles both leisure FIT and corporate groups. Ramadan and peak winter pricing move sharply in this market, and we will flag the swing dates when quoting rather than letting an agent discover them at booking.
B2B tour packages and series departures
Beyond individual components, we build costed land packages that agents resell under their own brand: fixed itineraries with hotels, transfers, tours and tickets priced per person on twin sharing. Operators running repeat departures can hold series allocation on rooms and seats so inventory is secured before the selling season. Tell us the destination, the number of nights, the hotel category and your expected pax, and you will get a costed package back rather than a rate sheet to assemble yourself.
If you need a market not listed, ask. We work with vetted partner DMCs where we do not operate directly, and we will say plainly which of the two you are getting.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a B2B travel portal?
A B2B travel portal is an online booking platform open only to verified travel businesses. Registered agents see net wholesale rates for hotels, transfers, tours and tickets, then add their own margin when selling to travellers. Travel DMC Group’s portal is DMC Quote at dmcquote.com.
How much does it cost a travel agent to join?
Nothing. Registration and use of the portal are free for travel agents. There is no subscription and no per-booking platform fee. Suppliers who want to list their own inventory pay a one-time USD 50 setup fee and commission thereafter.
How long does account verification take?
Usually about 24 hours on a working day. You submit company details and travel-agency licence information at registration, and login credentials follow once those are checked.
What is a net rate in travel?
A net rate is the wholesale price a travel agent pays before adding their own selling margin. It is a separate confidential price list rather than a discount off a public price, and it normally may not be displayed publicly or used to undercut the supplier’s own advertised pricing.
Can individual travellers book on the B2B portal?
No. The portal is restricted to verified travel trade companies: agencies, tour operators, consolidators, corporate travel managers and other DMCs. Individual travellers should contact us and we will refer them to an agent.
What is the difference between a DMC and a B2B travel portal?
A DMC is the company operating services on the ground in a destination: contracting hotels, running transfers, employing guides. A B2B travel portal is the booking technology agents use to buy those services. Travel DMC Group is both: the DMC in our own markets, and the portal through which agents book.
Do you offer credit terms to agents?
Credit terms are arranged case by case with registered agencies depending on trading history and volume. New accounts normally start on prepayment; contact our sales team to discuss a credit facility.
