Reffen street food market opened in Copenhagen in May 2018 by the people behind Copenhagen Street Food at the adjacent Paper Island. A very succesful food market which has now been replaced by Reffen, situated on Copenhagen’s industrial Refshaleoen.
At Reffen you will find more than 50 new businesses as food stalls including bars and creative workshops. Reffen comprises of a 6000m2 area, and there is access to another 4000m2 region by the water, which is ideal for enjoying food and beverages with first row views of Copenhagen harbor.
The aspiration is to make a meeting point with food market, innovative workshops and start ups, cultural experiences and inventive activities that pulls in and inspires both local people and vacationers. The majority of the stalls need to pursue the practical creeds “Decrease and Reuse”: Use high quality food services, lessen the food waste, utilize natural and organic, free and nearby ingredients at every possible opportunity. They likewise need to sort their waste so it can be reused beyond what many would consider possible.
