Safety Guidelines & Measures

Guests must be 1.05 metres and above in height to experience
the ride.
SkyHelix Sentosa will only accept fully vaccinated guests.
Guests between 1.05 metres to 1.2 metres in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult. Unvaccinated children aged 12 years and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.
The ride is NOT suitable for:
1) Expectant mothers
2) Guests who have fear of heights
3) Guests with limited mobility
safety check-in is mandatory upon entering the attraction.
Animals and pets are NOT allowed on the ride. Maximum group size capped at 5 pax.
The ride is NOT recommended for guests who are unwell or have existing conditions such as motion sickness or vertigo. At least a one-metre distance must be maintained between groups.
Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride. Hand sanitisers are available at the attraction for guests to use.
The following items are NOT permitted on the ride:
1) Hats and bags
2) Sharp objects such as umbrellas
3) Items made of glass
4) Outside food & drinks
Guests are allowed to remove their masks in the gondola only when consuming drinks or snacks.
The gondola table is cleaned and disinfected after each ride.

The following are not allowed within the Resort:

      • – Organised Gambling
      • – Cooking
      • – Karaoke
      • – Smoking
      • – Loud music
      • – Pets (except for guide dogs)
      • – Personal portable BBQ pits
      • – Catering of food (except by D’Resort’s approved caterers)
      • – Unauthorized fixtures and decorations in the chalet
      • – The charging of Portable Mobility Devices (PMDs)

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted at designated areas in D’Resort. All D’Resort rooms have a non-smoking policy and $200 will be charged to your room for guest who violates this.  Should the fire alarm be activated, an additional $500 will be imposed.

 

Security

Guests are advised to lock and latch all chalet doors and windows after midnight or each time they leave the chalet.

 

Damages to property

The Management reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of replacement/repair of any loss /damaged items or excessively dirty rooms within the resort.

The Management also reserves the right to disallow any person whom it deems undesirable into the resort ground and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

Room Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is based on room types.

To ensure a pleasurable experience for all resort guests and to manage the noise level, we request visitors to leave the resort’s premises by 11 pm. Each room’s maximum occupancy should be strictly adhered to. D’Resort reserves the right to escort any additional persons out.

Housekeeping Services

Daily service will be provided. A fee of $15 is applicable for every additional housekeeping service request.

 

Activities in the Resort

For the consideration of all guests, no unauthorised fixtures, decoration or alteration is allowed to the resort property in or outside the room. Management reserves the right to charge the guests for repairs required from the damages.

Excessive noise is prohibited after 11 pm. BBQ timing is from 3 pm till 11 pm. The management reserves the right to evict rowdy and misbehaving guests with no refund.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in time is after 3pm and Check-out time is by 11am. Request for late check-out is subject to room availability and charges will apply.

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Commission Singapore (PDPC)’s advisory guidelines on NRIC numbers issued on 31 August 2018, with effect from 1 September 2019, D’Resort will no longer accept check-in on behalf of someone else. Registered guest are required to check-in personally for their stay.

Allocation of Rooms
Rooms are allocated based on availability.

Wi-Fi Access
Free Wi-Fi is available up to 2 devices per room. Alternatively, there are two terminals with internet access provided at the lobby for guests’ use at no charge. Usage duration is limited to 10mins.
